Shipping

How soon will my order ship? 

We are so excited to ship imagination and help make memories! That being said, most orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product details. 

Will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping prices are as follows:

  • $150.00 and Up = Free Shipping
  • $50.00 - $99.99 = $12.99
  • $0.00 - $49.99 = $8.99 
  • Hawaii & Alaska = $19.99

Is there a bulk item shipping fee?

There a few heavy items that will have a bulk item shipping fee of $19.99. This will occur when the TOTAL order weight is over 35 pounds  

 

Promo Codes

Are there limitations to Promo Codes?

As a launch Promo, there will be no limitations on promo codes. 

 

Returns & Cancellations

Do you accept returns?

We gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt of purchase. As always, we hope our items meet your expectations, but if for any reason you are unhappy, send us an email at: nicole@thetreehouse.toys

Please note:  The items must be unopened and undamaged. The item cannot be "Final Sale", this would be noted on the product description.  The customer would be responsible for the return label.

Can I cancel my order?

We attempt to process orders quickly, but there is a small window before the order is complete. If for any reason you would like to CANCEL your order, please email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been packed, we will do our best to assist.  nicole@thetreehouse.toys

Order Status

When will I receive my package?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For your convenience, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Orders should arrive within 5 days from shipping. 

Can I upgrade my shipping?

If you would like to add upgraded shipping, please send us an email. We will do our best to assist. 

When will I receive a drop shipped package?

If an item is sent directly from the vendor, the processing time will be noted in the item description. 

I can't track my package, what can I do?

Most shipping companies scan in packages in bulk. That being said, check your tracking information after about 24 hours.  If the package is still not tracking, send us an email. 

 

International Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we do not offer International Shipping.  We look forward to expanding our territory, and will keep you updated. Please subscribe to our mailer for up to date information. 

 

Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at nicole@thetreehouse.toys If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Backorders

We do our best to keep our online inventory accurate, but if for any reason the item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately for a replacement of refund.
